BCBA: 0 - 2 years of experience: $2,500 sign-on bonus
BCBA: with over 2 years experience: $5,000 sign-on bonus
BCaBA: with 0 - 2 years of experience: $1,250 sign-on bonus
BCaBA: with more than 2 years of experience: $2,500 sign-on bonus
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs): $1000 bonus, paid in $250 installments every 90 days during the first year

BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST
The responsibilities of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) shall include (but may not be limited to):
Evaluate new clients entering the ABA program and develop individualized treatment plans for each client under your supervision.
Develop behavior plans as necessary.
Communicate client assessment data and goals to the Program Coordinator for the purpose of developing an appropriate treatment/ behavior program for each individual client
Review and approve written programs and open in CATALYST
Continual oversight and evaluation of client’s treatment plans for effectiveness
and make adjustments as necessary.
Provide supervision, support and ongoing training to RBTs under direct supervision.
Provide caregiver training and support.
Work closely with authorization and billing staff to ensure proper documentation
is submitted in a timely manner.
Keep all required documentation and licensing current (BCBA credential status, driver’s license, auto insurance, TB testing). Provide updated status to CEO/ HR in a timely manner.
Adhere to all ethics and reporting requirements of the BACB
Communicate in a timely and efficient manner with other staff, administration
and clients/ client representatives.
Work cooperatively with administration and other team members to ensure a positive, caring and safe work environment.
Participate in staff training, team meetings and other company events.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
Active Certification in good standing by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board
Be able to pass a background check
CPR certified or willingness to complete CPR certification
A negative TB Test
Safety Care certified or willingness to complete Safety Care certification
Strong leadership abilities. Ability to provide feedback, additional training, and assist in conflict resolution in a respectful and positive manner.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Good physical health that will allow you to stretch, bend, kneel and lift/ carry up
to 50 lb.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with children on the autism spectrum or with related disorders.
Strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.
Ability to work well in a sometimes stressful environment.

REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN
The responsibilities of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) shall include (but may not be limited to):
Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure the consistent implementation of therapy.
Conduct therapy sessions with clients at the direction and oversight of the BCBA. Implement proper Safety Care strategies and techniques as needed.
Record data and client progress notes daily in Catalyst.
Provide requested documentation to the BCBA in a timely manner.
Communicate in a timely and effective manner with other staff, administration, and clients/caregivers.
Maintain RBT credentialing as required by the BACB.
Abide by the RBT Code of Ethics.
Adhere to the BACB self-reporting requirements.
Provide required updated documentation to the Director of Human Resources (RBT certification, driver’s license, auto insurance, etc) in a timely manner.
Follow beginning of day/ end of day center procedures.
ESSENTIIAL FUNCTIONS
Physical Requirements
The RBT is regularly required to talk and hear, stand, move, and walk at a brisk pace, bend, kneel, sit (in a chair or on the floor) for periods of time, get down and up from the floor, and use arms and hands to handle, feel, and reach. This position requires the RBT to accompany the client anywhere in the clinic. The RBT must be physically able to react and intervene quickly during crisis situations such as elopement or physical altercations. This position also requires the ability to lift clients and/or assist clients with transport and may require physical intervention to maintain client and therapist safety.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as client programming and behavior plans, instructions, and policy and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine therapy notes and correspondence with staff, administration, and clients/caregivers.
Math Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, and percentages. Ability to collect and graph programming and behavior data.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to problem solve and apply basic understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Maintain CPR certification.
Maintain Safety Care certification.
Transport clients as needed (requires valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance coverage).
Willing and able to work in either Kokomo or Logansport as needed.
Lead groups as assigned.
